Cages ,
My heart bleeds and my soul yearns
To one with a society
In whom my worth as a woman
Is not measured by my dad ,
Brother or husband ,
A society that doesn't shame me because of
My career choices or opinions with
Regards to how I perceive life ,
I yearn in this feminine stand that
I now hold my feet in
For a world of equality between both genders
